This study aims to conduct a reliability and validity study of the Turkish adaptation of the three-dimensional Future Time Perspective Scale in Work Life, developed by Zacher and Frese (2009) and further refined by Zacher (2013). The sample of the study consists of 222 full-time public employees. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted for the structural validity of the scale, and validity was established. Additionally, as a result of the exploratory factor analysis conducted, it was observed that the scale items were grouped under three sub-dimensions, namely focusing on opportunities, focusing on perceived remaining time, and focusing on constraints, parallel to the original scale. The analyses revealed that the data were suitable for factor analysis. The findings of the confirmatory factor analysis conducted after the exploratory factor analysis also indicate that the three-dimensional structure consistent with the theoretical framework is satisfactorily aligned with the data. Based on these findings, it can be said that the Turkish adaptation of the Future Time Perspective Scale in Work Life is a valid and reliable measurement tool that can be applied to full-time employees.
