Financial Performance Evaluation with AHP-MAUT Hybrid Model: An Application In Bist Construction And Public Works Sector

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the financial performance of companies operating in the Borsa Istanbul construction and public works sector. A hybrid model based on the integrated use of AHP and MAUT methods was used in the performance evaluation of enterprises and financial performance ranking results were presented. While AHP method was used for weighting the criteria, MAUT method was used for the performance ranking of the alternatives. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the enterprises with the highest financial performance were the enterprises with the codes ENKAI, ORGE and SANEL, respectively.
